Course change and cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend and you provide us with more than ten business days notice (grace period), you have the following options:
- apply your registration fee to any future EITC EQ Certification course, or
- request a refund for your payment less a 15% administration fee.
If you need to make a change with less than ten business days notice (outside the grace period) you have the following options:
- move to a future course, less a 15% administration fee, or
- request a refund less a 50% administration fee.
If you must cancel with less than one business day, or do not attend the course you are registered for, we will be unable to refund or transfer your registration fee.
Waiver of claims
I hereby WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS I have or may in the future have against the The Emotional Intelligence Training Company, Inc., its owners, employees, agents and affiliates, as well as their successors and assigns, from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense (including legal costs) or injury, including death, that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in programs, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE
