“So two key takeaways. First off, I was really struck by the richness of the tool and the insights, that could be generated, the interconnectivity, and the richness of the report. I think that certainly struck me. And secondly, I really think in the leadership work in organizations today, it is a big miss for anybody who does not venture into this space and spend time to understand EQ and how it’s impacting their decision-making, and their leadership work. I think this is a huge miss in organizations. There are vast numbers of organizations, that are, I believe, not doing this.
